Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the iGacquire platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

iGacquire provides a marketplace platform for buying and selling iGaming assets, including but not limited to companies, white labels, player databases, software, and licenses. We also offer additional services such as due diligence, contract templates, e-signing, and escrow services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up-to-date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. User Content

Our Platform allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the Platform, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content to the Platform, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Platform. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Platform and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

5. Transactions and Fees

iGacquire charges fees for certain services provided through the Platform. All fees are disclosed before you complete a transaction. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of the Platform.

For transactions conducted through the Platform, you agree to abide by our transaction policies, including those regarding escrow services, verification, and dispute resolution.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Conducting fraudulent activities or misrepresenting yourself or your asset listings
• Attempting to circumvent any content-filtering techniques or security measures we employ
• Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Platform or the networks connected to the Platform
• Attempting to impersonate another user or person
• Using the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of iGacquire and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Sweden and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of iGacquire.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iGacquire, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iGacquire and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Platform, by you or any person using your account, or b) a breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
